Reef Perfumes: The Complete House Guide (2026)

by Sara Sakina 05 Sep 2026

Reef Perfumes is an Arabian fragrance house best known for its numbered eau de parfums — Reef 19, 29, 31 and 33 — and Sara Sakina currently stocks ten Reef Perfumes products in Canada, priced from $99 to $195 CAD. This guide covers the full line we carry, with the actual note pyramids from each listing, and a practical way to choose between them by taste profile.

Who Reef Perfumes are

Reef Perfumes is a Gulf-region Arabian house whose catalogue is built around a tight core of eau de parfums rather than a sprawling range. Its best-known release, Reef 33, is listed on Fragrantica as a 2020 launch for women and men. Beyond that, reliable public information about the company is thin, so we will not pad this guide with unverifiable brand lore — what matters for buyers is the juice, and that is documented on every product page below.

The house style, going by the fragrances themselves, leans on saffron, amber, oud and musk. Most of the line is unisex, concentrations are eau de parfum, and bottles come in 100 ml or 150 ml sizes. Everything we sell is authentic and sealed, ships from Ontario, and can be tested in person at our Oakville Place store (Unit 242) before you commit — see our guide to testing Arabian fragrances in the GTA.

The full Reef Perfumes line at Sara Sakina

Reef 33 – Eau de Parfum 100ml — $99 CAD

The flagship and our best seller. Indian saffron up top, rosemary in the heart, agarwood (oud) in the base. It sits in amber-spice and oud-woody territory, wears roughly 8–10 hours with strong sillage, and is at its best on fall and winter evenings. Full breakdown in our Reef 33 review. Also available as a gift set at $195 CAD.

Lady Reef – Eau de Parfum 150ml — $115 CAD

The house's dedicated feminine release and our second-biggest Reef seller. Blackcurrant and mandarin open into a jasmine, iris, cashmere and orange blossom heart over a musk base — a white floral that suits daily wear and spring/summer. See the full Lady Reef review.

Reef 31 – Eau de Parfum 100ml — $99 CAD

Saffron opening, golden amber heart, creamy vanilla base. The warmest and sweetest of the numbered line — think of it as Reef 33's cosier sibling, trading oud for vanilla.

Reef 29 – Eau de Parfum — $99 CAD

Saffron into iris into amber. It leans amber-spice like Reef 33 but the iris heart gives it a smoother, more powdery character that works for daytime as well as evenings, across fall, winter and spring.

Reef 19 – Eau de Parfum — $99 CAD

The outlier of the numbered series: lily of the valley, jasmine and white musk. A clean, soft floral musk built for daily wear and office days — the one to try if saffron and oud are not your thing.

Volcano – Eau de Parfum — $129 CAD

The most complex pyramid in the line: cardamom, grapefruit and cypress over leather, lavender and patchouli, on a tonka, labdanum and cedarwood base. Oud-woody in character, pitched at daily and office wear in the colder months, and the most expensive 100 ml in the range.

Reef 33 White – Eau de Parfum 100ml — $99 CAD

A fruitier take on the 33 DNA: berries over saffron over oud. Still amber-spice and oud-woody, still an evening scent, but with a juicier opening than the original.

Arab Obaya – Eau de Parfum 100ml — $99 CAD

Pineapple, leather and oud. The boldest contrast in the range — a bright fruity top over a dark leathery-oud drydown, squarely an evening fragrance.

Blanc Ash – Eau de Parfum 150ml — $115 CAD

Black pepper and saffron over vanilla and amber, finishing on sandalwood, patchouli and cedarwood. An amber-spice evening scent, and at 150 ml the best value per millilitre in the line alongside Lady Reef.

Which Reef to pick, by taste profile

Saffron anchors half this line — our note guide on saffron in perfumery explains why it behaves the way it does on skin.

Honest caveats

Two things worth knowing before you buy. First, most Reef pyramids are short — several list a single note per tier — so these are largely linear fragrances: what you smell in hour one is close to what you get in hour six. If you want a shape-shifter, Volcano is the only real candidate. Second, published performance data is limited; Reef 33 is documented at roughly 8–10 hours with strong sillage, but the other listings do not state tested longevity figures, so we recommend trying them on skin in-store rather than taking anyone's word for it. Winter performance matters in Canada — our cold-weather longevity guide covers how to test for it.

Browse the full range with live stock and pricing in our Reef Perfumes collection, or come smell them side by side at Oakville Place.
