Where do you ship, and when is shipping free?
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of CA$199 or more to Canada and the United States, after discounts. Shipping charges, delivery options, taxes and any duties are confirmed at checkout for your address.

Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
Fragrances and other scented products are final sale, including unopened items. If an order arrives damaged or has a suspected factory defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the item and packaging. Claims are reviewed under our refund policy.
How do I choose between a perfume, oil and bakhoor?
Perfume sprays are worn as personal fragrance. Perfume oils are a concentrated format applied according to the product directions. Bakhoor is incense for scenting a space and requires a suitable burner. Always follow the specific product’s directions.
