Before you order
Fragrances and other scented products are final sale, including unopened items. If an order arrives damaged or has a suspected factory defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the item and packaging. Claims are reviewed under our refund policy.
During our Fall Shipping Event, standard shipping is free to Ontario and Quebec with no minimum. Elsewhere in Canada and the United States, standard shipping is free on orders of CA$199 or more after discounts; regular rates apply below CA$199. Shipping charges, delivery options, taxes and any duties are confirmed at checkout for your address.
