Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds on any fragrance items once opened, due to hygiene and authenticity concerns. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before opening.

Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of delivery and only for items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Exchange approval is subject to inspection upon return.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our end, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or exchange accordingly.
