Because fragrances and scented products are personal-use items, all sales of perfumes, fragrance oils, attars, bakhoor, incense, and related scented products are considered final once purchased.
For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations on fragrance-related products purchased in-store or online, whether the item is opened, unopened, sealed, unused, or in its original packaging.
If a customer needs support with an approved order issue, Sara Sakina may offer a resolution in the form of store credit or exchange, depending on the situation and at Sara Sakina’s discretion.
If an item arrives damaged or has a confirmed factory defect, the customer may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit after review. Please contact Sara Sakina within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and order details so our team can assist.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, scent descriptions, sizes, pricing, and order information before completing their purchase. For in-store purchases, customers are encouraged to inspect and test products before buying.
By purchasing from Sara Sakina, the customer acknowledges that fragrance-related purchases are non-returnable under standard circumstances, except where an item is approved as damaged or factory defective.
