I don’t think this one is a safe blind buy even if you like all the notes. This is not a universally loved scent like some of the other Dupes by Paris Corner. I deeply dislike powdery scents and there is a noticeable powder accord in this, however the other notes make it redeemable. My advice is to only blind buy this if you’ve tried and like Kayali Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar (VCRS) or La Belle Jean Paul Gaultier. This is about a 90% match to Kayali VCRS. The fruit is much more prominent in Khair Confection, specifically the pear. It is also significantly stronger with better sillage and longevity. I put Khair confection on my left arm and Kayali VCRS on my right arm and Khair lasted significantly longer. For all these reasons, I think Khair Confection is superior.

Not a huge review person however this one deserves it! It smells sooo good! Super super lasting on clothing and I get compliments on it all day long! It leaves a subtle sweet smell every wear I go! Definitely purchasing again!

You can definitely pick up the sweet notes of vanilla and whipped cream, which give it a warm, luxurious feel without being overpowering. It’s soft, delicate, and has that high-end, cozy scent that lingers beautifully. Love this, so fresh and fruity!!!! Pairs well with a lot of fragrances. I paired it with Champagne Toast from Bath and Body Works! It lasted me at least 6 hours!!! Great for fall, spring, and summer! Go get it!

Okay so KHAIR CONFECTION is probably not a great blind buy. On initial spray, it smelled like nothing, as it grew on it smelled like something I hated couldn't quite put my finger on it. I set it down for maybe 2 months or more. Sprayed it again and now I'm smelling the sweet bubble gum that people are talking about. Even then, its not a love for me but its still good to have for layering with other perfumes.

Nice perfume for the price point. The bottle design is beautiful and feels elegant and expensive. The fragrance its self is nice but very subtle and doesn’t last all day. Overall I’d purchase it again but it’s not an everyday or date night perfume.

This one’s unfortunately a scrubber for me. And its beast mode so I’m SCRUBBING.I haven’t smelled Candy Rock Sugar in a few months but I remember walking around with it in Sephora for at least 20 minutes trying to decide whether to purchase or not and ultimately I decided I liked Skylar’s Boardwalk Delight *much* better. So when I heard this one was a dupe all I could remember was liking Rock Candy Sugar enough to consider spending on it. I wish I remembered what I didn’t love about Candy Rock Sugar to compare it to what I don’t love about Khair Confection but it reminds me of an entire “family”of gourmands that I just can’t stand. I’m not sure if its patchouli or cashmeran or maybe the combination of those interpretations with jasmine/ylang ylang but there’s something “mature” here that makes the gourmand an inedible one and heavily “perfumey” to me. It reminds me of what shopping malls used to smell like in 2010 during the holiday season. Like the ladies who sold perfume at the Macy’s counter.Nothing about this perfume smells like candy *to me.* It smells sweet without a doubt but not the least bit edible or like pears and I’m an edible gourmand girlie. I have Kayali Vanilla and I only reach for it once or twice a year when I’m going somewhere super formal or a fine dining restaurant because it also shares this “very grown mature adult” characteristic that I hate.If you’re a fan of Coco Mademoiselle, the Mugler Alien/Angel lines, or the Dior poison line, you’d probably like this. If you’re like me and prefer creamy, lactonic, sugary, bubblegum, cotton candy, caramel, toffee, this one may be a little heavy or maybe the girlies might call it “seductive” or alluring or those dark vixen eyeliner types.Idk but I’m just a girl and I hate this.3 stars bc its a good performer and I like the Paris Corner line, I just happen to loathe this fragrance.
