I bought this in February and I am writing this review in October. I was trying very hard to figure out why my husband and I could not wear this perfume, but people kept giving positive reviews. When we first bought it, we sprayed it and got the most terrible headache. After that, we just left it in the room and never touched it. Until yesterday, I just decided to spray it again. And voila, the headache was gone. So we just had to let it macerate. But 8 months was too long. I decided to keep in the fridge to accelerate the maceration process. I’ll try it again but so far, it smells flowery. I am a fan of Arabian perfumes and Lattafa and I know it will have great longevity, just haven’t tried it on to test that.

The smell is Great. I loved it, but the smell is over about 4/5h later.

This smells exactly like YSL Y. You couldn’t tell the difference if you did a blind smell test. You got to add this one to your collection. Great projection and sillage.Will buy again.

This was bought on a whim after reading many other people's stories ( reviews). I must say that it definitely is a different scent that rings more in a sweet fragrance than spicy. It dries down to a powdery floral that stays with you on the skin. Though, it's not my preference, I do however think that my mom would enjoy this. She has a birthday coming up soon 😉.It's a beautiful bottle and comes in a lovely box. I just wished it had worked out for me but that's what you get when ordering on a whim 😉

Love the bottle, the scent and all. Could have been a bit more long lasting, but worth the price. Will definitely buy again.

It smells js like YSL Y the bottle is a pretty good size it’s a reasonable bottle size the bottle doesn’t leak or anything it’s not feminine in my opinion it’s more a masculine smell

Long lasting & warm gorgeous scent thruout the day. Projects well for 6-8 hours. Because I work outside 60% of my day, i sweat in this Florida heat. Its scent holds up, without having to reapply. Receive several compliments from customers & coworkers. This is my 2nd bottle. I own many of the Lattafa perfumes. They usually have to sit & mature for a while. Not this one. It can be enjoyable right away. Product came quickly in the mail. No damage. No leaks. This isn't unisex. Its feminine.

YSL Y EDP is far and away my favorite cologne. I treat it like a special occassion scent despite the fact that it can be work everyday in any season for every occassion, I love it its my gold standard for cologne and was the first cologne ever gifted to me. I bought this as an alternative to YSL Y hoping I could use it more sparingly for the gym and the office and on short notice when I want to smell good but not for an occassion that would warrant me to use the real thing.I read online and heard through various social media platforms that this was the go to alternative and one of the closest imitations you could purchase for YSL Y. On first spray I wasn't able to smell the depth of the scent and i admittedly smelled mostly alcohol. I waited a few weeks after my first spray and the scent admittedly improved a lot. The scent became more floral and in my opinion more feminine and sharply sweet. The notes that stick out to me the most are the Marine and Bergamont scents and the longevity is great especially for the price. Although I am disappointed, I can say the cologne is by no means bad in quality, it's just not for me.For reference my top go to scents asides from YSL Y are CDN Iconic, Afnan Supremacy, Lattafa Al Nashama, Hawas Ice, and Azarro Most Wanted EDP Intense.

I am best friends with a perfume professional. Over a year and a half, I've learned a lot about fragrances. Here's the simple review you're looking for.This is a warm blue cologne that leans masculine and reminds me of a YSL cologne mixed 75/25 with a dupe. Things I care about:- Alcohol scent ------------- ZERO Alcohol scent. I was surprised.- Fake (dupey/oily) smell -- Not too much like other brands- Projection ----------------- 7/10 Projection: Like YSL colognes- Longevity ----------------- 6/10 You'll leave a sillage- Wearability ---------------- Non-agressive, daily wearable- When is it appropriate to wear? • This scent is better for warmer weather. This is not a "light" blue scent. This is a darker blue with a curve to it that makes me initially question if it is blue until the end notes reveal themselves. It seems to mix well with my skin and I imagine entering an air-conditioned building from the heat of day will leave a presence people can sense because your core temp is high. (I imagine a little bit of sweat will enhance the primal sense in this cologne and make this a signature scent).By no means is this the "most magical scent", but this "is" awesome. Not just because it's cheap, but it shoots way above its weight in pure quality (regardless of price). Because Im best friends with an enthusiast, I can detect things most can't. So, I rate this 3.5/5. I'll be wearing this daily until it's gone. This is beyond decent for anyone.
