Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to available addresses in Canada and the United States. Available delivery services are confirmed for your shipping address at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping destination (address) of your order, as well as the shipping method you choose. These rates will be provided at checkout.

Fall Shipping Event

Free standard shipping to Ontario and Quebec, with no minimum order. No shipping code is needed.

For other available destinations in Canada and the United States, standard shipping is free on orders of CA$199 or more after discounts. Regular shipping rates apply below CA$199 and are shown at checkout. The threshold excludes taxes, shipping charges and duties. Express or other paid shipping upgrades, where offered, remain chargeable.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Domestic (within Canada): 3–7 business days
United States: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sara Sakina is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Sara Sakina is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In case of an incorrect address, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page.
