The original opens on five citrus and orchard notes and lands on tobacco and cedar; Intense opens on pineapple and mint and lands on sandalwood and tonka. Najdia Intense — Eau de Parfum
Profile: pineapple, apple, mint and ginger over lavender and geranium, on sandalwood, tonka bean, musk and patchouli. Amber Spicy. Listed unisex, all seasons, for evenings.
Verdict: shorter and sharper. Pineapple and mint replace the citrus opening, the cinnamon and tobacco are gone entirely, and tonka bean sweetens the base. The two bottles overlap on only four notes — apple, lavender, sandalwood and musk — and everything else differs. In stock. Which Najdia should you buy?
More notes, a citrus-and-cinnamon opening and tobacco in the base: the original Najdia. Pineapple and mint up top with a sweeter tonka base: Intense. Do not read Intense as a concentration step — both are eau de parfum, and the difference is the composition rather than the strength.
