Lattafa Khamrah Waha: juniper and iris
Khamrah Waha opens with bergamot and juniper, alongside yuzu and ginger. Its heart has iris, the flower whose root gives orris, with cucumber, sage and a sea salt accord. Its base has vanilla, tonka, musk and woods. There is no incense or sandalwood, and the cucumber and sea salt give it a fresher, more aquatic edge. Paris Corner Qissa Blue: citrus and incense
Qissa Blue has bergamot, lemon and incense on top, and amber in the base. From there it goes in a more floral and leathery direction, with leather, ylang ylang, jasmine, magnolia and patchouli, and saffron and oakmoss underneath. There is no juniper or vanilla.
