Returns Policy You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. We do not accept returns on opened items or items without deficiencies. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs. You should expect to receive your store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive your store credit more quickly. This timeframe includes: 5 to 10 business days for transit time to receive your return. 3 to 5 business days for processing your return once received. 5 to 10 business days for issuing the store credit to your account. If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order under the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click Return Item(s). We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Shipping We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. However, some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. When you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and your chosen shipping method. Depending on the shipping provider, delivery estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its product page. To comply with shipping company policies, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
